About
My name is Frank Harrigan. I was born in Govan Glasgow and brought up in the Calton area of city. I am married and now living in Inverclyde. I like to experiment with webpages and I’ve had various sites, such as Glasgow’s Whispering Walls and the blog Glasgow Compendium.
Here are some facts about ScotchPotch Magazine:
- The ScotchPotch site (ScotchPotch Magazine) will endeavour to show the beauty of Scotland and will always be upbeat. However, Scotland, like every other country, is not perfect and ScotchPotch will not be afraid to show the darker side. Scotchpotch welcomes debate and has provided the means for you to express your opinions.
- ScotchPotch Magazine is actually a blog, made to appear like an ordinary website
- I am using WordPress.org’s blogging platform
- The WordPress theme is the Branford Magazine theme.
- My host is BlueHost.com
- Unless otherwise stated, all photographs were taken by and stories were written by me, F J Harrigan, and I endeavour to give credit to links for videos or articles sourced elsewhere
- Clipart images are from the Clip Art Paradise Professional Edition CD (website no longer available)
- The RSS feeds have now been switched on, as the forum SPM Extra will be updated frequently.
I welcome any suggestions or comments relating to ScotchPotch Magazine and I encourage you to add comments to posts you feel strongly about. All I ask is that you moderate your language, as this is a family-oriented site.
